Just ordered my Rec Tec.

Well, I'm hoping to keep a nice place to display my grilling on my new Rec Tec. I have been wanting to build my own smoke pit but ended up buying a Rec Tec pellet grill. I'll use this blog to track my progress. Hopefully I'll be able to post a couple of times a week. New grill -
